NRL’s engineering client based in Grangemouth is looking to recruit an Engineering Manager to join them at an exciting time, on a permanent staff basis.
About the role:
As Engineering Manager, you’ll be a key member of the Leadership Team, delivering our engineering strategy and driving operational excellence, safety, and innovation. You’ll lead multi-disciplinary engineering projects, optimise asset performance, and ensure compliance in a highly regulated environment.
Duties: Leading and developing a high-performing engineering team
Managing complex projects from concept to completion
Driving continuous improvement and reliability across terminal operations
Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver strategic goalsWhat you will need?
A degree-qualified engineer, ideally with Chartered status
Demonstrable experience of managing a portfolio of engineering projects
Proven leadership in regulated industries (e.g. oil & gas, chemicals, energy), preferable with COMAH regulated industry experience.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
