The role
Learn full 360 recruitment with structured training and mentoring
Build and run your own recruitment desk in one of our specialist markets
Cultivate excellent client and candidate relationships
Generate new business and work high-value vacancies
Be seen as a Subject Matter Expert and industry leader in your nicheWe're looking for someone who
Is in their first/second sales, recruitment, or associated commercial role (i.e.
telesales)
Is confident, competitive and driven to achieve big things!
Enjoys sales, targets, conversations, and relationship-building

Competitive base + uncapped commission (first-year OTE £40k-£60k)
