Role Summary
Utility Collections is an ambitious, vibrant, and rapidly growing debt recovery agency within the energy industry. We are looking for a Support Administrator based in the Fylde Coast area to work within the Quality & Assurance department of our operations.
The primary purpose of the role is to deliver excellent administrative support related to the full range of services we provide, including developing close working relationships with staff and Energy Supplier Clients.
Duties Will Include
* Providing general administrative support and maintaining accurate account records in accordance with service requirements.
* Performing QA checks and auditing client accounts, capturing outcomes effectively on CRM.
* Acting as a contact point for external Field agents.
* Handling queries via email and telephony from internal and external channels.
* Collating and distributing paperwork related to Court & Warrant applications.
* Scheduling third-party suppliers such as Meter Operator Engineers, Locksmiths, Shutter Engineers, Dog Handlers, etc.
* Coordinating diaries of field-based Warrant Officers.
* Preparing invoices, issuing them, and tracking Accounts Payable.
* Producing bespoke reports and statistical information.
* Undertaking other duties as requested within the team's responsibilities.
* Achieving management and client KPIs.

* Experience in debt resolution and collections (preferable).
* Experience in the utility industry (preferable).
