Role Description
As a full-time Senior Tender Writer, you will be instrumental in crafting high-quality tender submissions and proposals to secure lucrative contracts for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include researching client requirements, developing compelling content, ensuring compliance with tender specifications, and collaborating with internal teams to create winning bids. You will also contribute to the development of tender strategies and manage submission timelines. This is an on-site position based in Slough, requiring close collaboration with stakeholders to deliver results.
Qualifications
* Proficient in Proposal and Tender Writing, with exceptional Research and Document Development skills
* Strong Editing, Proofreading, and Content Customization abilities
* Experience in Strategic Planning and Competitive Analysis for bid development
* Knowledge of Government and Public/Private Sector Procurement Processes
* Excellent written communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
* Ability to manage complex timelines and ensure timely submission of proposals
* Proficiency with office software and document management tools
* Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Business, English, Communications, or a related discipline
* Previous experience in healthcare, operations, or related industries is an advantage
