The Role

Joining our team as Regional Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for the daily management of the cashbooks in the COINS system, and all payments for the business. A fully paperless office, all receipts, refunds and banking are processed, and paperwork saved down electronically.
Key duties and requirements
You will also be responsible for but not limited to;
1. Keeping all cashbooks up to date on a daily basis within the COINS system including reviewing and posting all Worldpay transactions, daily posting of receipts and refunds and weekly banking.
2. Production of weekly Bank reconciliations
3. Raising all payments for the business.
4. Raising of Sundry Sales Invoices within the COINS system.
5. Raising of Contract Sales Invoices within the COINS system.
6. Credit Control and chasing of all outstanding debts when they become due.
7. Review of Plot Balance reports on a monthly basis.
Who are we looking for?
As well as being able to demonstrate your experience within a finance role previously, you must also possess an aptitude to combine strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to relate to all levels of staff, whilst also maintaining a keen desire to work in a quality driven business.
You will also possess:
8. Excellent IT skills including Outlook and Excel.
9. Strong communication skills as the role involves dealing with suppliers and stakeholders.
10. An accurate and methodical approach.
11. An organised and motivated outlook.
12. Ability to work to deadlines.
13. A flexible attitude & team player.
14. Previous COINS experience is desirable, yet not essential as full training will be provided.
