Job Description:
The Commercial Customer Success Specialist is primarily responsible for building and maintaining professional relationships with clients throughout their time with RotaMaster.
As a Customer Success Specialist at RotaMaster, it’ll be your responsibility to ensure that our customers are getting the most out of our staff management software. You’ll help them understand the systems and focus on helping our users adopt them into their daily work routines.
You’ll do this by leveraging your product knowledge to support and advise on various options available within our platforms. You’ll also serve as an internal product expert, assisting Support and New Business Sales teams when needed.
Key responsibilities include:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and understanding their challenges and needs.
* Negotiating renewal contracts within budget.
* Resolving client issues with our products and fostering deeper engagement.
* Upselling additional modules and products to meet sales goals.
* Promoting increased product usage to maximize client ROI and renewal likelihood.
* Performing monthly health checks on accounts to identify potential issues.
* Maintaining accurate contracts and billing records.
* Documenting client communication in our CRM and collaborating with management.
* Maintaining a professional, courteous, and responsive attitude towards clients.
Qualifications include:
Essential:
* Experience in Customer Success or Account Management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Good judgment, discretion, and ability to handle multiple priorities
* Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze information effectively
* Strong organizational skills, especially with CRM systems
Desirable:
* Knowledge of Monday.com and HubSpot
* Understanding of NHS and UK healthcare structures
* Experience in Workforce/Staff Management
