Service Delivery Manager – Cancer Performance & Improvement
What You’ll Do
* Oversee cancer pathways, review patient progress daily, and identify diagnostic delays or gaps.
* Work with imaging and diagnostic services to ensure patients are on the right pathway.
* Line manage Pathway Navigators, supporting their development and performance.
* Analyse performance data, produce reports, and present trends to inform improvements.
* Chair PTL tracking meetings, escalates risks, and supports operational decision‑making.
* Lead training, awareness sessions, and stakeholder presentations on pathway performance.
* Contribute to service development, audits, and initiatives to meet national cancer standards.
About You
* Strong leadership and people management skills in a healthcare setting.
* Knowledge of cancer pathways, diagnostics, and national performance standards.
* Skilled in analysing data and using tools such as Qlik Sense.
* Collaborative, proactive, and passionate about improving patient experience.
