Job Description:
Graduate Engineering Training Programme (GETP):
* Duration: 24 months, featuring four 6-month rotations starting mid-September 2026
* Accreditation: IET accredited programme
* Community: Network with fellow graduates and placement students, and benefit from the ‘Buddy’ programme for guidance from current graduates.
* Development: Access mentorship, professional registration support, and specialized training.
* Gain Experience: Apply your skills within our mechanical engineering teams and gain exposure to business areas like project management and quality.
Candidate Requirements:
* Education: 2:1 degree in mechanical engineering, robotic/mechatronic engineering, design, or related fields.
* Skills: Passion for problem-solving in engineering and technology.
* Eligibility: Unrestricted, permanent work authorization for the UK (no visa sponsorship) and ability to achieve Security Cleared clearance level from UK Security Vetting.
