Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting a new role of Accounts Assistant to join a fast-growing manufacturing business in Dewsbury, with the company's growth it has brought about an opportunity for someone to take control of the day to day aspects for this business.
Reporting into the Financial Controller, key duties of the Accounts Assistant will include:
1. Purchase Ledger - approx. 400 invoices a month
2. Producing payment runs
3. Cashbook and its input into the system
4. Month end prep and journals
5. Cover for payroll (when required)
To be considered for this role we are looking for candidates with the following:
Previous experience of working within a finance function
Strong excel skills
Confident communicator
Career orientated
In return, the successful candidate will receive the following:
£27,000 - £32,000
25 days holidays
