Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager (South). The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic sales plans. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to customize solutions for clients. The ideal candidate would be based in the southern regions of the UK.

* Experience in business development, sales strategy, and identifying new business opportunities
* Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
* Strong planning, strategic thinking, and market research skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
* Familiarity with security systems (Intruder Alarm, CCTV, and Access Control Systems) is a plus
