Description Key Responsibilities Serve as the personal assistant to our VP: calendar management, travel and expense arrangements, stakeholder communication, and handling confidential information. Calendar & Meeting Management: coordinate schedules, organize leadership team meetings, and ensure timely communication and follow-ups. Travel Coordination: arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries. Administrative and office-related duties. Success in this role is defined by your ability to manage complex schedules, navigate competing demands, maintain confidentiality and professionalism, and support both individual and team objectives with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset. This position is based in Cambridge, with the flexibility to work in a hybrid model in accordance with Orion’s guidelines and business needs.
