THE OPPORTUNITY
Join Williams Racing as a Metallic Inspector and become part of Formula 1 history. Inspect precision-engineered components that power our F1 cars, working with cutting-edge metrology equipment in our state-of-the-art facilities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Measure and inspect metallic F1 components using CMMs, Romer arms, shadowgraphs, and surface testers
* Apply GD&T knowledge and manufacturing expertise to ensure components meet exact specifications
* Communicate findings to designers and team members
* Work autonomously while maintaining exceptional quality standards
* Support composite quality control when required
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Recognized apprenticeship or equivalent experience in precision manufacturing
* Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
* Experience with high-performance metallic components (motorsport experience preferred)
* Polyworks software experience highly advantageous
* Solutions-focused approach with excellent communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines
