The Role:
We’re looking for a visionary, hands‑on Creative Lead, for a leading online fashion brand. You’ll take full ownership of the brand’s visual storytelling leading concept to execution across every touchpoint, from campaigns to content, digital to OOH.
This is a role for someone who lives and breathes creativity. You’ll bring big, culture‑driving ideas to the table and lead the creative and design teams to make them happen, crafting, directing, and delivering work that’s as bold and unapologetic as our brand. You’ll shape the stories we tell, inspire the team creatively, and ensure every idea lands with impact, visually, emotionally, and commercially.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Strategy
* Lead the creative direction and storytelling for all brand campaigns and content.
* Build strong, strategic creative frameworks that elevate the brand and drive connection.
* Develop big, culturally charged ideas that cut through—across fashion, digital, and lifestyle.
* Translate brand strategy into emotionally resonant, fashion‑forward creative that connects with our audience.
* Partner with the Head of Brand & Creative, to visual language, tone, and creative identity.
* Own the brand’s creative calendar—ensuring all output feels fresh, timely.
Cross‑Channel Creative
* Oversee the creative and graphic design output across all brand channels—campaigns, digital, social, OOH, email, packaging, and more.
* Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager to ensure creativity, concept, and storytelling are seamlessly executed across all social platforms and align with broader campaign narratives.
* Ensure consistency, cohesion, and a strong visual narrative across every touchpoint.
* Work in partnership with marketing and ecommerce teams to deliver creative that’s both aspirational and commercially powerful.
* Lead the creative direction for campaign pages, content, and visual storytelling that push the brand forward.
Creative Leadership
* Inspire, mentor, and guide the creative and graphic design teams—fuelling ambition, originality, and craft.
* Lead concept development sessions, creative reviews, and brainstorming to drive innovation and energy.
* Champion bold thinking, strong visual identity, and design excellence across every project.
* Cultivate a collaborative, high‑energy creative culture where ideas thrive.
Innovation & Inspiration
* Stay plugged into culture, design, fashion, and digital trends—keeping the brand ahead of the curve.
* Lead inspiration sessions and competitor reviews to spark new directions.
* Push creative boundaries—encouraging experimentation and constant evolution.

What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a senior creative, art direction, or brand design role—ideally within fashion or youth culture.
* A natural storyteller with a pulse on what’s cool, current, and culturally relevant.
* Strong conceptual thinker with a sharp eye for visual design and brand narrative.
* Deep understanding of digital content, campaign creative, and fashion branding.
* Confident leading creative direction across shoots, campaigns, and social.
* Hands‑on and collaborative—comfortable concepting, directing, and designing when needed.
