Position: Clinical Lead
Location: Saltdean, Brighton
Pay Rate: £23.37 per hour + Excellent Benefits
Hours: 36 hours per week, Days

Responsibilities as a Clinical Lead:
Collaborate with the Home Manager and care team to deliver exceptional care
Lead, mentor, and motivate the care staff
Ensure adherence to clinical governance and best practices
Requirements as a Clinical Lead:
* Active NMC PIN
* Previous experience in a nursing home environment
* Experience leading and managing a care team
