🌍 What You’ll Do
* Be a strategic advisor to enterprise customers, aligning AWS solutions with business goals.
* Optimize AWS environments for performance, reliability, and scalability.
* Lead operational reviews and service health assessments.
* Advocate for customer needs within AWS, including feature requests.
* Collaborate with AWS support teams to resolve issues quickly.
* Participate in customer meetings and planning sessions.
* Maintain technical documentation and best practices.
🎯 What You Bring
* AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, or DevOps Engineer).
* Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFront, IoT).
* 5+ years in technical account management or consulting in SaaS/cloud environments.
* Experience translating client needs into technical workflows and solutions.
* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
