Overview of the Role:
As the Care Home Manager at you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of 40-bed nursing home, providing exceptional care for individuals living with nursing needs and dementia. This is a pivotal position within our team, requiring strong leadership, compassion, and a deep commitment to delivering high-quality care in a safe, supportive, and homely environment. You will be responsible for managing the care team, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering an atmosphere of respect and dignity for all residents.
Essential:
Proven experience as a Care Home Manager, Deputy Manager, or a similar leadership role within a nursing or dementia care setting.
Comprehensive understanding of CQC standards and other regulatory frameworks within the healthcare sector.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with residents, families, and professionals at all levels.
