Due to continued growth, we are supporting them in the recruitment of a Sales Administrator to join their fast-paced Estimating department. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused individual to contribute to the smooth operation of a busy team, supporting the Engineers with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks. Key Responsibilities: Track and register all incoming sales enquiries using Microsoft Excel. Coordinate the allocation of enquiries across the team. Maintain and update department databases and internal reporting sheets. Communicate with internal departments and suppliers for updated information and pricing. Support the team by completing customer and supplier questionnaires. Assist in preparing and managing standardised pricing documents. Skills & Experience Required: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential. Confident numeracy skills and an analytical mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Able to manage workload independently and prioritise tasks effectively. Eagerness to learn and take initiative within a team setting.
