What will you do as a Payroll Manager?
* Full ownership of end-to-end UK payroll operations, ensuring accuracy & efficiency
* Oversee management of company pension schemes, employee benefits & statutory payments
* Full compliance with payroll, tax, and PAYE legislation
* Champion improvement by streamlining payroll processes & introducing innovative solutions
* Lead, develop, and mentor the payroll team, fostering a high-performance culture
* Spearhead the selection, implementation, and optimisation of a new Payroll/HR system
What do you need as a Payroll Manager?
* Strong experience managing end-to-end UK payroll
* Experience implementing payroll or HR systems
* Advanced Excel skills (formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs essential)
* High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced, changing environment
