Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Inverness, is currently looking to recruit an Admin Assistant on a temporary contract on a rate of £14.54/hour PAYE. This role will be based on site. Key Responsibilities: - Providing administration assistance within the general office – including, answering internal and external phone/email enquiries, filing, data input and ensuring secure storage and maintenance of data. - Managing the visit booking phoneline. - Updating and maintaining records on internal computer systems. - Provide relief cover for the canteen* assistant and mail administrator when required. - Canteen – is where people place an order, we bag the items and deliver it. - Handling confidential information and ensuring policies and procedures are followed. - As part of a multi-functional team, the post holder will be required to carry out other tasks or cover as specified by the Office Manager, commensurate to their grade.
