Overview
Protec Line is hiring an After Sales Executive. This role focuses on engaging with existing customers who have recently purchased a policy, to ensure it meets their needs and to explore better-suited alternatives. The role blends structured scripts with the ability to personalize conversations, emphasizing reading, active listening, and attention to detail to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. Objections should be addressed effectively to move conversations forward.
Base pay range
Salary: £30,000 base, with uncapped commission and an estimated on-target earnings (OTE) of £45,000.
What you’ll do
* Engage with existing customers who recently purchased a policy to understand their needs and propose suitable alternatives.
* Use a mix of scripted approaches and personalized dialogue to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
* Develop strong conversational skills to handle objections and convert interest into progress, aiming to turn “no” into “tell me more.”
