**Specification Sales Manager – Northwest – Global Construction Company**
We are currently recruiting for a world leading manufacturer in their field, they own companies across 100+ countries, have over 300 factories, 25,000+ employees and sales of £9+ billion in FY 2022. Last year alone they put their name to 85 new patents and invested over £190million into R&D/Innovation.
Role:
You will be responsible for -
* Be an expert consultant and trusted advisor for architects, surveyors, contractors and resellers allowing them to develop mutually beneficial relationships
* Undertakes surveys including core samples, generates condition reports, specifications & quotations
* Takes ownership of the decision maker
* Delivers the targets and objectives set by the Project Specification Manager showing initiative to create effective delivery plans
* Provides & presents CPD presentations to target customers and potential clients
Candidate:
The ideal candidate will -
* Has experience of specification sales (within the construction industry) who is used to dealing with Contractors or Architects
* Someone who can influence others and demonstrate leadership traits
* Self-reliant and resilient
* Excellent presentation skills
* Self-motivated and results driven
* Able to build strong customer relationships
* Lives on area (Northwest)
Package:
* Basic Salary: up to £60,000
* Bonus: £22,000
* Car Allowance: £6,000 + 45ppm (Car is an option, happy to discuss)
