Detailed Job Description And Main Responsibilities You will need to have: First level Registered Nurse A Critical Care qualification Evidence of supporting learners in practice experience. Evidence of management experience Clinical and Leadership Ability Up to date experience of working in a Critical Care setting Good interpersonal, communication skills The Successful Candidate Will Be Required To To take charge of the Unit on a regular basis in the absence of a senior nurse To assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care, providing support to other members of the multidisciplinary team. To lead, motivate and supervise the professional work of nursing staff at Band 5 and below, exercising good leadership and control.
