Due to continued growth, expansion and new product development, they are now seeking an experienced Electronics engineer to join their team in the development of bespoke and iconic electronic systems used in several industries, from airspace, military, flight and more. Ideally, thepany is looking for an experienced Electronics engineer with leadership qualities to join the business in a senior position. The Electronics engineer will conduct electronic engineering activities in the design, development, test and documentation ofpany products and their manufacturing test systems.

The Electronics engineer will conduct electronic engineering activities in the design, development, test and documentation ofpany products and their manufacturing test systems.Essential duties and responsibilities:
1. Carry out electronic engineering design and development to meet project requirements
2. Design and development of PCB layout and specifications.
3. Support the activities of the Test & Acceptance team.
4. Test plan development and execution, and Test report writing
5. Participate in hardware design and build
6. Work to precise and strict health & safety requirements.
7. Help develop new processes and lead on some projects and tasks
8. Work with junior team members to help progress their skills and with their career development

Skills and Experience required:
9. Experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing/engineering environment
10. Degree qualified or equivalent such as HND in a relevant technical discipline
11. Knowledge ofmunications systems equipment specification, design or test
12. Understanding of Electronic circuit design, prototyping and development.
13. Ability to work alone or within a small team, acting as a senior member.
14. Ability to read and work to engineering drawings and electrical diagrams.
15. Team leadership skills and abilities.
