This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least 23 years' post-qualification experience to take on a varied caseload with strong client contact and autonomy, while being part of a supportive, friendly team. The firm has a solid reputation for delivering high-quality legal services in the local area and beyond, and is now looking to expand further due to continued growth in instructions. Key Responsibilities Conveyancing Handling residential property sales and purchases from instruction to completion Managing remortgages, transfers of equity, and first registrations Liaising with estate agents, mortgage providers and clients to ensure smooth transactions Probate & Private Client Drafting Wills and advising clients on estate planning Managing the administration of estates, including applications for Grants of Probate Advising on Enduring Powers of Attorney and related private client matters Litigation Running a small portfolio of general litigation matters, including civil and debt recovery Preparing legal documentation and liaising with clients, counsel and third parties as required Attending court and managing files through to resolution Essential Skills and Experience Qualified Solicitor, minimum 23 years PQE Experience across residential conveyancing, probate and general litigation Strong client care and communication skills Ability to manage files independently and work collaboratively within a team Attention to detail and good organisational skills Whats on Offer Competitive salary, commensurate with experience Opportunity to work in a respected and established local firm Supportive working environment with career development potential Flexible working arrangements may be considered At Pathway, we treat all applications with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
