Role: People Operations Coordinator Type: Full time, permanent Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours weekly Location: Belfast, Onsite We are recruiting for a People Operations Coordinator to provide high-quality generalist HR and Employee Relations support within a busy People team. This is a fast-paced, varied role, supporting the HR Manager and HR Adviser across a broad range of employee lifecycle and ER activities. Key responsibilities include: Providing administrative and coordination support across HR and Employee Relations processes Acting as a first point of contact for employee queries and triaging appropriately Managing absence administration, including reporting, documentation and process support Coordinating leaver processes, employment contracts and variations Supporting recruitment, safer recruitment checks and onboarding processes Maintaining accurate HR and payroll data Producing reports, meeting notes and documentation for ER casework Supporting statutory reporting and information requests About you: You will be highly organised, detail-driven and comfortable working in a confidential HR environment. Experience in HR administration or employee relations support within a fast-moving setting is desirable. Essential Criteria: CIPD Level 3 qualified (minimum), working towards, or a relevant third-level qualification Experience in an HR-related role, supporting ER issues Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, with a high level of accuracy Ability to accurately input, analyse and maintain HR data Applicants must be based in Northern Ireland with full rights to work unrestricted in the United Kingdom.
