They are now looking to recruit an experienced Import Operator to join their Cheshire branch. The role will be covering both Ocean and Air Freight consignments. Duties will involve; * Providing customer support / service to new and existing customers, updating them on shipments etc * Completing all relevant documentation and paper work for both Ocean and Air Freight Imports * Providing customer with quotations / rates * Completing customs entries * Chasing shipments and organising deliveries * Invoicing Applicants should have at least 2-3 years experience within Imports, be proactive and good at working within a team.
