Job Description:

Job Specification: Strategic Sales Operations Coordinator

Location: Crawley – Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Reports to: Strategic Sales Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Strategic Sales Operations Coordinator to support our UK sales team during a period of rapid growth. You will serve as the key link between field sales, internal teams, and head office, ensuring seamless coordination, data accuracy, and effective project management across key accounts, DSOs, and national initiatives.

This role offers a broad scope with the opportunity to develop into strategic account management, with full support and training provided.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all details are complete (account numbers, delivery addresses, etc.)
2. Act as a backup contact for clients when sales reps are unavailable
3. Project Coordination: Assist with managing large-scale client rollouts and strategic accounts, coordinate DSO training schedules and event logistics, liaise with reps to meet deadlines
4. Data & Reporting: Gather, clean, and analyze sales data, produce reports for managers and leadership, follow up on data inconsistencies
5. Lead & Event Follow-Up: Track and ensure timely follow-up of leads, distribute leads, monitor progress, coordinate UK-HQ activities, and chase team members for inputs


Skills & Experience Required:

* Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies
* Strong multi-project management and prioritization skills
* Confident communicator, comfortable with stakeholder engagement
* Organizational and coordination abilities
* Willingness to learn technical product information
* Experience in admin, operations, customer service, or sales support roles


Desirable (not essential):

* Experience in dental, medical device, or technical environments
* Experience with CRM or ERP systems
* Event or training coordination background
