Do you have a keen interest in working on varied projects with the opportunity to evaluate, plan, build, and support digital solutions in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment?
Do you strive to forge strong relationships with colleagues to achieve results?
If the answers are yes, then we’d love to hear from you.
We’re currently recruiting for a Digital Innovation Strategist to support maximising the social and financial value of our assets through digital innovation. You’ll have the opportunity to build a deep understanding of our customers and their needs, driving customer and business value, managing priorities and workload for the team, and striving to continuously improve efficiencies and the products delivered by our team.
Working in our Digital Strategy Team under our Lead Digital Innovation Strategist, you will support the discovery, planning, development, and deployment of business solutions, as well as seeking suitable solutions to challenges faced by our organisation in the open market.
Our ideal candidate will:
Have experience working within software development or technical solution delivery in a cross-functional team environment (developers, product owners, designers, business users).
Have hands-on experience with stakeholder engagement across both technical and non-technical teams.
Be competent in managing delivery of solutions from concept through to implementation in an agile environment.
Be detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture and business outcomes.
Have a great eye for detail and can adapt and pivot quickly.
Be driven by metrics and results, with a keen interest in developing the ability to analyze product and product launch success factors.
Have an interest in developing strategic thinking for solution development with a view to future sustainability.
Have some experience with story mapping and user research, including conducting interviews, surveys, and analysis.
Be proactive and resourceful – able to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
