We’re hiring a Principal EC&I Engineer to join a forward-thinking engineering business in Sheffield. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead complex projects across a range of sectors.

? Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and delivery of EC&I systems for multi-disciplinary engineering projects
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications
* Oversee project lifecycle from concept through to commissioning
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, process, and civil engineers
* Degree-qualified in Electrical, Control & Instrumentation Engineering or related discipline
* Chartered Engineer status (or working towards) preferred
* Proven experience in a senior EC&I role within consultancy or industrial environments
* Strong knowledge of control systems, instrumentation, and electrical design
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
