You’ll assemble, wire and test sophisticated electrical and electronic systems, and help coordinate your team to ensure projects are completed within the agreed metrics. You’ll act as the go‑to person in the Supervisor's absence, ensuring consistent departmental performance and high quality standards within this regulated industry.
This role suits a hands‑on technician with proven electrical assembly or wiring experience, who enjoys mentoring others and is wanting to take the next step toward a leadership role.
The Role
* Assemble, wire and test complex electrical/electronic assemblies
* Leading and mentoring Technicians to ensure consistent team performance
* Stepping up as the Acting Supervisor, in a role with further progression and training
The Person
* Experienced in electrical assembly, wiring, testing or a similar senior hands‑on role; Ex‑Forces / REME encouraged to APPLY
* Skilled in leading and mentoring colleagues and looking to leverage their leadership potential
* Wanting to progress to Team Leader or Supervisor and receive further training
