Field Sales / Business Development Sales role for the East of England - £32k basic and uncapped commission
My client are a fast-growing, software-driven distributor of high performance WiFi and Smart Automation products. They supply resellers, installers, and system integrators across the UK, helping them stay ahead of the curve with cutting-edge tech solutions. Their team thrives on innovation, agility, and building genuine partnerships with their customers.
This role is to establish a new Field Sales role for the South of England.
This role has a salary of £32k basic and a realistic OTE for first year of £50k but it is uncapped so there is no limit to what you can earn!
No previous tech sales experience is required, they are looking for somebody energetic, driven, and who loves building client relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Win New Business - Prospect leads and introduce customers to their innovative tech solutions
2. Client Meetings - Meet decision-makers across industries like Electrical Wholesale, DIY Retail, Energy & Renewables, Property Development, and more
3. Sales - Manage your pipeline from first contact to deal close with full autonomy
4. Build Lasting Relationships - Develop trust with key stakeholders and become their go-to contact
