Our client, a leading organisation in Yorkshire, is seeking an experienced SAP HR Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and optimisation of SAP HR modules, including SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and integrated HR processes.

The Role
* Lead SAP HR Implementations: Manage the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP HR modules such as Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, Payroll, Time Management, and Talent Management.
* Drive SuccessFactors Integration: Oversee implementation and optimisation of SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting).
* Analyse HR Processes: Evaluate current HR workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
* Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of SAP HR solutions.
* Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to data privacy regulations (GDPR) and HR compliance standards.
* Manage Support & Training: Provide guidance and training to HR teams and end-users, ensuring effective system adoption.
* Vendor & Project Management: Liaise with external partners and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
* Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on SAP HR innovations and industry best practices to drive digital transformation.
Requirements
* Strong experience in SAP HR/HCM and SuccessFactors implementation and management.
* Hands-on expertise in SAP HR modules (PA, OM, Payroll, Time Management) and SuccessFactors Employee Central.
* Proven track record in leading SAP HR projects and managing cross-functional teams.
* Knowledge of HR compliance frameworks and data privacy regulations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* SAP HR or SuccessFactors certification highly desirable.
