3. Plan and conduct non-routine chemical and physical analyses to support the development and manufacturing of processes.
4. Provide expert laboratory support in Analytical Chemistry to local and global teams.
5. Mentor and develop fellow scientists in analytical techniques and best practices.
6. Champion safety and compliance, improving ways of working with our Departmental Safety Leadership teams.
