3. Manage and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate data and effective functionality.
4. Analyse CRM data to identify trends and opportunities for fundraising efforts.
5. Collaborate with the marketing and agency team to optimise campaigns and donor engagement strategies.
6. Support the development and implementation of targeted fundraising campaigns.
7. Generate reports and insights to evaluate the success of fundraising activities.
8. Train team members on best practices for using the CRM system efficiently.
9. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations in all CRM activities.
10. Provide technical support for CRM-related issues and queries.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Indvidual Giving Manager should have:
11. Proficiency in using and managing CRM systems, ideally within the Not For Profit sector.
12. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform decision-making.
13. Experience with fundraising campaigns and donor engagement strategies.
14. Knowledge of data protection regulations and best practices.
15. Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and agency teams.
16. Technical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues.
17. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
