Overview of the role
The primary purpose of the Key Account Manager role is to grow the sales volume, value and margin of the Key Account Region ahead of the market, delivering / exceeding defined targets & KPI’s. This will be achieved through developing strong and trusted relationships with key account owners and decision makers, growing spend across product categories. The role will represent all Bestway healthcare brands: Lexon, Medhub, Wardles, and Lexon specials. The role is Field-based role covering the Northeast & West of the UK, and core activities include Account management, relationship management, customer negotiations and business acquisition.
Main Responsibilities
Driver of Sales Growth
* Shape, develop and deliver critical path to growing existing and on-boarding new Key Accounts
* Prospect and onboard New & Manage portfolio of key accounts, maximizing sales of generic, parallel import, dressing and OTC products.
* Develop and implement effective sales plan to achieve personal and team targets.
* Identify and capitalize on upselling, cross-selling, and new product opportunities (leveraging customer data, deals, and new offerings)
* Manage account profitability (P&L) by maximizing volume and margin.
