As a Residential Support Worker you will be promoting Carbrey's vision and values as you support the registered manager and the wider team in providing excellent care. Each day, you will help create a place where children can thrive; Here you will help the children make sense of their past, current, and future circumstances and provide every opportunity for children to achieve their outcomes.
experienced working with children who have suffered trauma and passionate about improving their lives
• able to develop positive relationships with children, young people, their families and the professionals around them
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential childcare (or equivalent) - if you don't have this, we will support you to achieve this.
You will also need to have a full UK Driving Licence for manual cars.
