This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a highly regarded Private Medical Practice in Beaconsfield. They are looking for a Patient Services & Front of House Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis.
The role involves maintaining the efficient running of the Practice and will include a mixture of Front of House and Administrative duties.
Fulltime 37.5 hours will involve shift work to cover the hours 8:00am to 8:15pm Monday to Friday and two Saturdays per month 8:15am -4:15pm
£25k-£27k depending on experience.
Patient Services and Administration duties
* Answering phone calls and dealing with a wide range of enquiries including booking GP and Nurse appointments; taking prescription requests
* General administration including scanning; faxing; typing; filing; opening and distributing post; franking post; shredding; routine and ad hoc admin tasks etc
* Dealing with Paperwork returned from GP clinics held off site
* Take advanced payments over the phone to secure bookings
* Manage the shared mailboxes that our patients use to ask for information
* Providing admin support for the GPs when the Medical PAs are off duty
* Dealing with patient registrations and ensuring all information is completed on the form prior to their appointment
