Responsibilities
* Assist skilled fabricators with preparation and assembly of wooden and metal components.
* Measure, cut and drill materials accurately under supervision.
* Operate hand tools and workshop machinery safely.
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
* Prepare finished products for delivery or installation.
* Follow all Health and Safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
* Learn how to read technical drawings and production plans.
Skills and Qualifications
* Good practical and hands-on ability.
* Strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy.
* Willingness to learn tool use and fabrication techniques.
* Awareness of workshop safety and teamwork.
* Ability to follow instructions carefully and complete physical tasks.
