SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Rowley Regis, B65 Birmingham Pay Rate: £(Apply online only) Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only) Start Date: ASAP Contract: Long-Term, Temp to Perm We are working with a welcoming primary school in Rowley Regis to find a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team, supporting children with additional needs across EYFS and KS1. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity starting immediately, offering excellent stability and the chance to make a real difference every day. What You'll Be Doing: Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN, including autism and speech & language needs Collaborate with class teachers and SENCO to deliver tailored learning plans Encourage pupil confidence, engagement and independence Support with classroom routines and create a nurturing learning environment Monitor progress and provide feedback to the wider teamWe're Looking For Someone That Has: A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or a relevant Level 3 qualification Experience supporting children with SEN, ideally in a primary or early years setting A calm, caring and resilient approach Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a teamWhy Work with Long Term Futures?
