Responsibilities
* As a Customer Care Assistant, be the face of the restaurant, dealing with customers and ensuring everything runs smoothly in the customer areas.
* Welcome children, hand out balloons, organise special events, and look after customers’ specific needs.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
* Establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
* Work in a fast-moving, high-energy environment and connect with customers to make them feel valued.
* Demonstrate friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behavior and work well as part of a team.
* Use effective communication skills (attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication, and eye contact) and maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.
