We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Vehicle Workshop Controller to join our busy Service Department. You will play a vital role in ensuring our workshop operates efficiently, customers receive excellent service, and our technicians are supported in delivering top-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and allocate work to technicians to maximise productivity
* Oversee workshop workflow and ensure jobs are completed on time
* Liaise between Service Advisors, Parts, and Technicians to keep communication clear
* Monitor quality of work, ensuring manufacturer standards are met
* Maintain accurate job records and update systems promptly
* Support health & safety compliance in the workshop
What We’re Looking For:
* Must have previous experience as a Workshop Controller or Senior Service Technician
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills
* Strong communication abilities and a customer-focused approach
* Good IT skills and experience with dealer management systems (DMS)
* Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment
