Ship Inn Dymchurch is a family run Gastropub with five beautiful letting rooms. We have a great team, that works well together and prides themselves in delivering great customer service. We offer local products to our customers, serving breakfast for in house guest, lunch & dinner 7 days a week.
Responsibilities:
* Meal preparation and cooking in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Follow recipes and ensure food is prepared according to quality standards
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
* Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
* Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a kitchen role is preferred
* Knowledge of food safety and proper food handling techniques
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and school holidays
