What you’ll actually be doing:
* Finding and connecting with top talent in the Life Sciences space
* Building relationships with companies that need to hire
* Matching great people with great opportunities
* Running the whole recruitment process (from first call to offer stage)
* Hitting targets, making commission, and levelling up your career
* Growing your own network and becoming a specialist in your market
What we’re looking for:
* You don’t need sales experience — you just need drive (sales experience is a plus)
* Confident, competitive, and not afraid of a challenge
* Motivated by money and progression
* Resilient (because high rewards come with high standards)
* Good communicator who can build relationships quickly
