Main purpose of the role
This is a varied and highly organised role sitting at the heart of Purify’s sales and delivery engine. You’ll support the internal sales function by producing accurate standard quotes, keeping the HaloPSA pipeline fully up to date, and helping the team run an efficient, well‑oiled sales machine.
You’ll also play a pivotal part in project coordination—ensuring clean, consistent handover from sales to delivery, matching customer Purchase Orders to quotes, placing orders with suppliers, managing documentation, and supporting smooth delivery to pre‑staging or customer sites.
This role will suit someone who loves structure, thrives on ticking things off a list, and gains satisfaction from seeing things run smoothly end-to-end. If you’re a natural completer‑finisher who loves making things “just work”, you’ll be brilliant here.
