Senior Design Manager - Our client, a leading privately-owned construction contractor are recruiting a Senior Design Manager to join their growing team based in Leeds. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Design Manager to work on prestigious design and build projects across multiple sectors throughout the region.

Previous experience with high rise residential projects is preferable for this role.

Salary & Package:
- Basic salary of 75,000 - 85,000 (DOE)
- Company Car or Allowance

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Review the technical aspects of details put forward by architects and engineers
- Coordinate changes with the Design team to ensure best value
- Lead design team meetings and coordinate build process
- Liaise with client and consultant throughout the project
