The Role

As a Solicitor / Legal Executive, you will manage Industrial Disease claims from pre to post litigation, providing top-tier legal counsel.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert legal advice and representation
2. Handle both pre and post-litigated claims effectively
3. Demonstrate commercial awareness and a strong drive to succeed
Requirements:
4. Previously worked as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Litigation Executive or in a similar role.
5. Proven experience in Industrial Disease claims
6. Skilled in handling both pre and post-litigated cases
7. IT literate, with understanding of case management software, ideally Proclaim.
