The Athelstan Trust is a successful and growing Multi-Academy Trust consisting of six secondary schools and four primary schools across the South-West. We are seeking to appoint a dynamic Director of Estates with outstanding leadership and communications skills to play a key role, ensuring the Trust’s continued growth and success. The successful candidate will embody our vision, uphold our values and possess the skills and expertise to support the Trust through its next phase of growth.
As Director of Estates, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the Trust, working closely with our CEO and CFO, school leaders, and central team to shape and implement operational strategies that support the delivery of our educational vision.
