HR Advisor
Location: Hybrid – Hereford(office, site and home-based)
Salary: Up to 35,000 + benefits

Our client, a leading public sector services organisation, is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to deliver both operational and strategic HR support across a diverse customer base.
This is a broad, commercially focused role offering exposure to complex casework, change programmes and senior stakeholder engagement.
What you’ll do
Provide high-quality, proactive HR advice across a full range of employee relations matters
Manage complex casework including disciplinaries, grievances and investigations
Support change management and organisational development initiatives
Advise on employment law, policies and best practice
Deliver HR training and support recruitment activity
You’ll work closely with senior managers and the Head of People to deliver people strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
What we’re looking for
Strong generalist HR experience at Business Partner or Advisor level
Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law
Experience handling complex employee relations cases
Confident stakeholder management skills
Ability to provide commercially focused, solution-led advice
The ideal candidate will be pragmatic, credible and relationship-driven, enjoying a varied workload across multiple client groups.
