We are looking for a qualified Independent Prescriber (Pharmacist or Physiotherapist) to enhance patient care in a supportive healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Independently assess, diagnose, and prescribe treatments.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care.
* Contribute to medicines management and prescribing audits.
Requirements:
* Independent Prescribing qualification.
* HCPC or GPhC registration.
* Strong decision-making and communication skills.
