About Our Client
My client is a large multinational with a strong finance division based across Europe. This position is paramount within the FP&A division, and will be working with a number of SME's as well as global giants in the implementation of their product.
Job Description
3. Lead end-to-end structuring of strategic partnerships, joint ventures, licensing, or M&A transactions
4. Develop financial models and scenario analyses to assess deal viability
5. Negotiate deal terms in collaboration with legal, finance, and commercial teams
6. Identify innovative structuring mechanisms to maximize value and minimize risk
7. Support executive decision-making with clear insights on deal economics and strategic fit
8. Stay current with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging deal structures
9. Maintain strong relationships with external advisors, stakeholders, and strategic partners
The Successful Applicant
10. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or related field (MBA preferred)
11. 7+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, strategy consulting, or legal deal structuring
12. Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
13. Deep understanding of financial, tax, and regulatory implications of various deal formats
14. Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects in fast-paced environments
